Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an attorney with at least 4 years of construction litigation experience, to be based in our office.

Our nationally recognized construction practice provides the opportunity to represent clients throughout the country. We are looking for individuals with superior academic credentials (High Honors, Law Review, and/or Moot Court), excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel. Experience with construction disputes or construction litigation, an engineering background, and/or judicial clerkships are desirable, but are not mandatory. This position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions, and has a lower billable hour requirement.
