Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an Employee Benefits Associate with at least 2+ years of experience in tax-qualified retirement plans, benefits-related transactional work, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and/or equity compensation arrangements to work with the firm’s Employee Benefits & Tax Team.

We are looking for an attorney with strong analytic, writing and verbal skills and strong academic credentials. An LL.M. in Employee Benefits is desirable and would be taken into consideration in lieu of work experience.
