Kilpatrick’s Chemistry & Life Sciences is seeking a mid to senior level, USPTO registered, Patent Agent in the Life Sciences. Applicant should have strong writing skills and 4 + years of relevant patent prosecution experience related to Biology, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences.

An advanced degree, preferably a PhD, is desirable, but not required. Expertise in molecular biology is an asset. Ideal base office location for this role would be Kilpatrick’s Atlanta office. Other Kilpatrick office location options for this team include; Denver, Raleigh, San Francisco, Seattle, Walnut Creek, Washington DC, or Winston-Salem.

(Expected Salary Range: $160,000 – $270,000)
