Kilpatrick is accepting applications from rising 2L students with an interest in Construction & Infrastructure Litigation for our 2026 Summer Program in Atlanta. An engineering background or construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

We seek students with an excellent academic record, demonstrated leadership, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our nationally recognized Summer Program provides students the opportunity to do substantive work in a variety of practice areas. The Summer Committee members in each office serve as guides and mentors throughout the summer. Summer Associates get to attend a firm-wide Summer Associate Retreat to connect and network, as well as focus on their professional development through sessions led by top trainers in the field. Another hallmark of our program is the opportunity to make meaningful contributions through pro bono work and volunteer activities in the community.
