Kilpatrick Townsend’s Atlanta or New York office is seeking a junior associate for its Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Team. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong research and writing skills. The associate should have at least 1 year of experience in financial restructuring/bankruptcy and/or a bankruptcy court clerkship. Expected salary range is $215,000 to $225,000.
